Plan It Permitting supports homeowners and contractors in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties. Our mission is to simplify the permitting process by alleviating the workload on the contractor, or educating the homeowner on how to complete the process smoothly.
Our team saw the disconnect between building departments and individuals starting a commercial/home renovation project, and knew we needed to help. Previously, members of our team worked with construction companies directly handling the permitting process - exposing us to the different expectations per county and understanding the required information needed per project.
